NT7 does not open

    NT7 does not open

    Hello,

    For the past week I can't open NT7.

    I'm quite aware of the problem as it happened before when I installed VS2010 (which comes with .NET 4 by default). Uninstalling .NET 4 Profile Client (and some other part of .NET 4) helped at that point and NT7 was working fine.

    Now that I've installed VS2012 (which comes with .NET 4.5) it happened again and I'm not really sure how to fix it as I don't have many choices on what I have to remove to make NT7 work.

    Any suggestions?

    Can you please send me your latest log and trace files. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations.

    C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20121116 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

    C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20121116 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

    Please attach them in your email and send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, NT7 does not open' in the subject header.
