One chart sticking or failing to update

Hi,

What's the best thing when one of my charts isn't updating. I have about 15 or so other ones that work fine but SPX.XO seems to stop updating sometimes and I can't figure out what to do. I reload the historical data and that updates it but doesn't continue the stream. I use Kinetick subscription with the CBOE indexes.

I think it's the program. It's worked fine for years. A database repair maybe?

In order to receive real time data for SP500 with Kinetick you will need to be subscribed to CBOE Indexes.

If you are currently subscribed to this Exchange please reset your instruments with the steps I have provided below:

• Disconnect
• Tools
• Options
• Data tab
• Reset Instruments
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Reconnect
