connection problems

is the price feed connected to one of Nts servers or to AMP, i forgot

Thank you for your note.

The price server is to the AMP Servers, either CQG or Zen-Fire.

The historical data connects to the NinjaTrader server.


Since you are receiving a lot of disconnects and reconnects, can you tell me the following:

- What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About, this will look like 7.0.1000.xx

- Are you connected through a Wired or Wireless connection?

- Do you have any Anti-Virus or Firewall software?

Thank you for the information, I agree, the basic Windows Firewall would not normally cause this type of behavior.


Do you know if there has been any issues with your ISP in the past few days?

If you have not yet, please restart your PC and any other Network hardware such as modems or routers.
