How to suppress Information windows

Hi there,

Ninja currently display information windows with messages received on the IB datafeed ... how do I disable the automatic display of those information windows ?

Hello Dominique,

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Account Connections, highlight your IB connection and click Change. Click Next twice and enable 'Run-time pop up handling'. Finish the connection.

It is "checked" at this time and I am getting those pop-ups ... did you mean to "un-check" it ?

If enabled it will surpress TWS pop up windows. Likely the windows you still experience cannot be surpressed by this option. When I connect to IB in NinjaTrader with this option enabled, I still have some TWS pop up windows as well.

I suggest to contact IB support and see if these pop up messages can be disabled somehow.
