Rev at stop ATM

Hi...does the Rev at stop reside only on NT or at the brokers level? Even so, does a basic stop still reside at the broker server?

Could, also, give me a list of all order types and atm strategies functions that reside either on NT only and what order types and atm strategy functions are on the broker side?
