unable to chart cross pair

Hi NT staff,
I used to be able to chart all cross FX paits from MB trading. After ungraded to latest NT version, i can only chart major FX pairs from MB trading. Cross pairs cab not be charted.

Logged into MB trading desktop alone, all pairs canbe dispalyed for any time frame. So the MB trading side does supplies the data but NT cannot get it.

The error message I got was attached. Any idea what is going on?

Thanks for your note.

If you are using NinjaTrader version 7.0.1000.11 then please make sure you are using the MBT client version 11.9.0.44. You can download it from here.

Are you able to get the charts after upgrading to the compatible MBT client.

After installing the new MBT desktop, made a little bit progress. The daily and above can be dispalyed, anything at minute level still gives the same error message.
