Missing ES tick data

    Missing ES tick data

    Is anyone else missing tick data for the ES from today? My chart only shows data for today starting from 15:06 eastern time. The last data before that is from 16:14 yesterday so basically, I'm missing everything from today except the last hour of trading. I have this problem once every few weeks where there is missing data for a certain block of time and then it comes back a day or so later. It's only with the ES though. Everything was fine when I was on this morning and when I came back in the afternoon, everything was gone. I get my data through Kinetick.

    I can see the data in question on a Kinetick connection and we have not had reports from other users.

    If you have not yet, please try right clicking on the chart and select 'reload all historical data'.

      Thanks for the fast response time. I tried reloading the historical data and also tried shutting down and restarting with no luck.

      Edit... Tried for about the fourth time and seems to be working properly now. Thanks again!

        Please delete your historical tick data for the time effected using the instructions provided at the following page of the NinjaTrader Help Guide:
        Removing Historical Data

        Once the data has been deleted close NinjaTrader. Open the Documents\NinjaTrader7\db\cache folder. Select all files then right mouse click and select “delete.”

        Open NinjaTrader and connect to your data provider. Open an new chart.

        Please let me know if this resolves your issue.

          Ended up trying a reload again and it solved the problem. I had tried it at least three other times before my original post but it didn't work. All is well now though. Thanks again!
