historical intraday data and splits

Hi,

PLCM had a 2:1 stock split on July 5, 2011.

I notice that my historical 15-minute data is not adjusted for the split (there's a huge gap down when the split occured).

When historical data for the stock was downloaded (from Kinetick subscription), I had "Adjust for Splits" under Options --> Data UNCHECKED. Checking the box, and reloading the data doesn't seem to do anything though.

I've also followed the instructions at http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h..._dividends.htm to update for splits using Yahoo, but doing so still does not correct the issue.

Are there any additional steps I missed out? Do I need to reset instruments, DB, etc?

Something else that's odd ..

I pulled up a daily chart of PLCM, and on July 5, 2011, when the 2:1 split occurred, there's a huge gap up from $16.17 to $32.63, which doesn't make sense at all since the stock was splitting from $60 to $30 (please see attached image)

The instructions in the Help Guide you link to should update the splits correctly from yahoo.

After you select this option, please scroll down to the button of the Instrument Editor and locate the "splits and dividends" area. Does this area reflect the split data or does it say no splits defined?
