Ninja Trader synching up with broker

Good afternoon,

If I have an account with, say, Interactive Brokers and make trades on the webtrader while away from my main computer, will these trades show up in Ninja Trader when I log back in to NT?

It was mentioned earlier that NT "talks" to the broker to sync up logs and records.....but I was curious what would happen if for whatever reason one needed to use the broker's main platform instead of NT to place an order.....

Just wondering if all the trading statistics, order logs, etc would reflect only trades made on the NT platform, or if they would update to include all trades made from the broker, even if not directly through NT.

All orders placed in your IB account regardless of where they were placed will always show up in NinjaTrader.
