Fail to connect sql server database

I had a indicator needing to connect to sql server database. it wroks before, but not works after October, 2012. It may be the problem of Microsoft.net new version. The version is my computer is v4.0.30319.

The error message in log file is

Failed to call method 'Initialize' for indicator 'MyIndicator1a': Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Can anyone help me to fix this?

Systems.Data is part of the .Net Framework and you can locate the file in the .Net Framework installation folder. A typical folder would be like C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727
