Group Chart Settings?

Good morning,

Is it possible to take a group of Instruments and asign specific chart settings to them?

For example, futures and forex; it's a pain to change the session templates between them and everything else that does not trade same hours!

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

There is not currently an option to change a specific asset class to a specific session template however you can set a specific session template within the the instrument settings.

To change the session template associated with an instrument please use the following steps:

• Tools
• Instrument Manager
• Select the instrument
• Click Edit
• Session Template
• Select the template you would like applied by default
• Click Ok

Now when you got to open a chart you may leave the Session template set to <Use instrument settings>.
