Order with a white label in charts?

Hello,

What's the meaning of an order with a white label? (please have a look at the attachment).

I was reading the help regarding the order types (http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...nt7/index.html) but I couldn't find its meaning.

What I noticed is that once it appears, then I cannot cancel it, and I cannot move it up or down. Even if I click on the CLOSE button it doesn't remove the label. Can this be removed somehow?

Thank you for your post.

Please restart NinjaTrader and reconnect to Market Replay - does the same order appear? If not, please place a new order to confirm that things operate normally.

Thanks Kyle, I did that at it recovered. Although I've seen the problem 3 times today in a short period of time, so I was wondering what could be causing it?

+1 more time since I replied, strange :S
