IB Error reloading Historical Data TRQXDE STK

Hello,

From November 1st IB has changed the market data subscription policy for the German Market. TRQXDE must, all of the sudden, be booked separately at additional cost.
NT is using the IB API to gather the data.
How comes if I have a stock in my watch list which uses only the IBIS as direct stock exchange, that NT still displays error message "Error on reloading data. Historical Data Service error message. No market data permissions for TRQXDE STK (Panic)"

Please help.

Hello jazzmann,

Could you verify if you are only subscribed to delayed data in Traders WorkStation (TWS) for the German Market products.

In TWS menu bar go to Accounts -> Market Data Subscription Manager and please make sure you are subscribed to real-time data.

Yes, I have a market data subscription (Level 2) for all the relevant exchanges except the TRQXDE

Hello jazzmann,

It may be the case that you are only subscribed to delayed data in TWS for TRQXDE products.

Once you are subscribed to the products you will want to make sure your symbol mapping is correct between TWS and NinjaTrader. You may see the following thread that has a few samples on symbol mapping.

indeed, the link you posted addressed the same problem (I wonder, why I haven't found it while searching the support board), and it resolved it.
However, it is still very complicated...
