Daily Data Missing from Kinetick EOD Feed

This morning I am missing data for Friday from the Kinetick EOD data feed . . . I have reloaded historical data and restarted NT with no results . . . still no data for Fri . . .

pls advise . . .

So I may investigate this matter further please answer the following questions.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

What instrument have you selected?

What interval is selected for your chart (Day, Week, Year, etc.)?

Thank you for that information.

Based on the settlement information from the CME, NinjaTrader has filtered the the data out as the settlement price for the NQ 12-12 on Friday, November 2nd is lower (2641.00) than the daily low is (2641.50).

The whole Daily Bar is missing

I am not sure what you mean by your response . . . I am aware that I can find settlement info at CME site . . .

however, I am missing the whole daily bar off the Kinetick EOD data feed . . . I will email some screen shots to your attention . . .

Thank you for your response.

I see the same day missing for the NQ 12-12 when connected to Kinetick EOD.

The reason this day is missing is because the daily settlement price was lower than the actual low of the day for the 2nd of November.
