'Connected' changes ?

at this time of night - 6:30pm PST - the NT connection status - lower left corner - will
sometimes change from green to orange

a couple of times I've disconnected from the AMP/CQG feed then reconnected and the
status will remain green, but I'm wondering:

what might cause the change in status ?
how concerned should I be about a change from green to orange ?
is dis/reconnecting worth doing, or should I just leave it to return to green ?

Hello tradr,

Thank you for your post.

Based on your description it's likely that this behavior is the result of some kind of server side maintenance. I'd recommend contacting your broker to confirm that this is the case.

hmmmm

got another orange an hour ago. had them before off and on, just decided it was time
to ask if anyone knew what was going on

The orange connection color indicates you are disconnected to one of the servers. The CQG connection consists of connections to multiple servers. If you are disconnected from one, the lower left corner of the Control Center turns orange.
