Connected to IB for chart data on Hong Kong stock

Hi all,

I added a new instrument named 0005, symbol map to 5
I then connected to IB and trying to new a chart with 0005, however with the following error:

Error on loading chart data for 0005 hkex
historical market data service error message:
no market data permissions for SEHK STK

I'm not so sure if it's really related to market data permissions,
because, I'm able to view chart of 0005 inside IB,
so apparently I have permission on that data ?

Anyone share similar problems?

Can you right click the instrument within IB --> Contract Info --> Details

The Interactive Broker symbol website will open.

Please copy/paste the symbol website.

kenlo, did you subscribed to IB real time data? As I know NinjaTrader cannot access IB delayed data even if it is accessible with TWS Chart inside TWS
