Hey guys if I wanted to know if a current bar opened at a price higher than the midpoint of the last bar, how would I determine this in condition builder?

You can compare the Open price to the Median price, which is (High + Low) / 2.

Excuse me, how can i do (high - low=x x+10%up=buy) in Condition builder?

This would not be possible in the strategy wizard. This type of calculation will require you unlock your strategy and do the calculation with custom programming.
