zenfire disconnect 2x tonight

everything else internet working fine.

1st time, it was RED RED RED, while TDA was still GREEN.

disconnected TDA, disconnected Zenfire, tried to RECONNECT ZENFIRE, nothing.. stuck between connection/disconnection zone.. connected TDA.

restarted NT

Zenfire connected instantly... TDA no problem. both GREEN.

now Zenfire dropped out again <5 minutes later.. ORANGE now RED... TDA still fine.

grrrrr


anyone else or only me?

after waiting 10+ minutes and no automated reconnection ... i restarted NT and appears to be back online with new connection.

and as expected, I can't disconnect from my broker, because I can't connect to them (no option too!!!) WEEEE!!! WEEE!!!!!

restarted NT and reconnected to broker with NO PROBLEM and then TDA with NO problem...
freaking 2 am EST and having to deal with this crapola

2.) Your log and trace files for the dates the disconnections occured

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"
