AEX 12-12 future (Netherlands)

I wish to chart the AEX 12-12 future.


See the attachment for screenshots of following:

1. I have delayed data from eSignal that covers this instrument. See attached screenshot to see data displayed for this symbol by the eSignal Data Manager.
2. See attached screenshots for what I have entered in the Instrument Editor and Symbol map

... but when I try to chart AEX 12-12 tick chart, I get no data....

Any ideas?

Hello,

Those settings should be correct as per the Symbol Monitor.

When you say no data, do you mean no historical data or no "live" data (delayed ticks)?

I have historical tick data up to early last month, which I can see if I make the chart go back far enough ... but I have no "live" (delayed) data.

Was this data from another source, or is your eSignal data? When you say this month, do you mean November? That is, you have October data until the 31st?

I know that the eSignal delayed data will take a few minutes to load, so you may not get any current data until 15-20 minutes after you have loaded the chart.

Unfortunately do not have access to delayed data on this exchange, so I can't test these settings to confirm. If you'd like, we can test your account if you email us at support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. We can arrange for the test via email.

The historical data was also gathered from eSignal (but has been transferred from another instance of NT7).

I have tick data up to about Oct 5 2012.

FYI, the issue is now sorted.

I had the wrong eSignal symbol (should be AEX X2-EEI), and subsequently also the wrong NT-to-eSignal mapping (which should have been AEX|EEI).

eSignal support gave me the following link which was useful in resolving the matter:
