I'm having a problem logging into Gain through Ninja Trader. When I log in, NT says "connecting" but never connects after several minutes. This problem started two days ago.
I'm able to log in instantly through another computer. Both accounts are set up the same (Gain connection with Ninja Trader historical data servers), I have internet connectivity (same internet connection for both computers) and no other issues with this computer.
Here's what I've tried
rebooting the machine
Delete Gain account, re-add the account
repair ninja trader (through add/remove programs)
uninstall/reinstall ninja trader
uninstall/reinstall NT and deleting the NT program files folder
is there something else that I can do to resolve this issue? thanks in advance - your expertise through this forum has been a huge help!
