Kinetick EOD NG 12-12 cant be found

Hi,

I cant load NG 12-12 but 11-12 from Kinetick EOD. Please help, thanks.

Hi,

Please ignore this post, think i've figured out whats going wrong. Need to create a new symbol and resync the 12-12 data in. i believe its due to the contract rollover date settings.

The NG 12-12 expiry is setup by default to rollover today. I believe most traders rolled over to the 12-12 on an earlier date.

Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager. Please highlight the NG in the 'Available master instruments' section and click Edit.

Subsequently select the Misc-tab and scroll to the bottom. Select the 'Contract months' row and click the '...' button that appears.

Select the 12-12 expiry month and you will see a rollover date listed - 29/10/2012. Historical data before this date is loaded from the 11-12 expiry and so on.

You can change the rollover date to an earlier date. Please remove and re-add the NG 12-12 from your instrument list after you made the change. Instructions can be found at the link below.
