RTH session times are mixed up

Hello. NT 1000.11 Zen fire

I selected Nymex metals RTH 2 default session in instrument manager. I brought up an SI chart, and in the data series window I selected Nymex Metals RTH 2 session.

The start time is correct however the close time is 1 hour early.

If I resize a window such it is only 50% of the x-axis of my screen and then place another window in the other 50%, is there a way I can have it so that one screen does not minimize if I click on the other?
