    NT and eSignal

    I have a client that uses NT with esignal for a custom automated strategy (EFS). Everything was working perfectly yesterday. Today, it won't fire orders into NT.

    As far as I can tell, nothing has changed on his PC. The order commands are returning ZERO (0).

    I'm trying to figure out what happened because this is very odd. Everything worked yesterday, and now it doesn't work at all?

    I've got a connection to ZenFire and eSignal in NT. I've got AT on. I can fire an order into the Sim101 account manually with NT, but not with the EFS script.

    Something had to change. He's running 7.0.1000.6 version. Has anyone experienced any anything similar?

    Hello Bmatheny, sorry to hear about the issue - would you mind asking your client to email us the diagnostic trace / log files for review for more insight into the scenario?

    I'm not aware of any similair cases currently being investigated here.

    Any security software change perhaps that could block the proper communication?

    It might also be good to retest after having upgrading to latest NT7 R11, which would contain the newest ZenFireAPI as well.

      I'm connected to his PC now. I'll try to send you the log files for you to review.

      I'm stumped with this one. Like I said, it worked fine yesterday. I can't see anything that could be blocking the communication.
