NT Platform not starting up at 1:23 AM Monday Oct 22.

Do you receive an error on screen? Can you see NinjaTrader appearing in the Windows task bar?

Ryan,

No error message.

It does show in the Taskbar.

Then I sit for 10 -15 minutes waiting for it to open.

Then I End Process on Taskbar and re try.

Same problem.

Then I end process again and try NT 64 bit icon on desktop.

and now it works!

The funny thing is it used to work on regular NT icon, with no problem before. All this happened only today. My OS is Vista 64 bit.

Please see my response to your email below.

Good to hear you can start NinjaTrader in 64 bit. I am not sure why you could not start it in 32 bit.

Can you please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, 729188' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

The problem seems to have resolved itself. Now I can connect with either icons, the regular and the 64-bit.
