NT 6.5 0 8 (live) Crashed, after flatten and cancell order still there

Hi Ray and all

Today I decided to trade live with NInja Beta 8, it crashed, when restarted the orders were still there but chart trader was all without indicators. I did put on sim ( for charts) and they were ok.
After I flat everything and cancel all orders , a pending order did not want do go away. I did call Gainscapital, they did not see the pending order and also did not see the stop order that was suppose to be there. After restarting, the pending order dissapeared, hopefully won't appear on gain at some point

- please take a screenshot of any message box popping up
- send me logs and traces as per above
