AMP CQG connection for 2 instruments

Hi:

All instruments are working fine except for HG (Copper) and MGC (Micro Gold).

What causes some instruments to just freeze and not move?

How can I get them moving again?

Is this common with CQG?

Is Zen Fire and Rithmic a more reliable connection?

Are you getting any messages in yellow on the Log tab of the Control Center that indicate that these contracts my not be enabled for realtime quotes and trading? Some instruments will need special permission on the broker's end to ensure you are receiving real-time data.

Would this be usually only applicable on a demo account vs a real account? Could I assume all instruments would be available on a real account as well?

I will check with them on this demo...

I know that these will not come up on a demo. On a live account they may need to be requested to be setup. You can check with your broker for clarification on what you should have access.
