Failed login to Zen-Fire

Failed login to Zen-Fire
I've been trying to login to Zen-fire, but I keep getting the message, "Login failed: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection." I haven't changed anything settings on my computer and I was logged 8 hours ago. There's internet connection and I can connect to Kinetick just fine. So what could the problem be???Tags: None

Thank you for your post.
Is this a demo Zen-Fire account or a live account?
If a demo account it may be expired or not active on Zen-Fire's end.
I suggest contacting the broker to verify the account and if all looks well and you still cannot log in then please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Ryan L." in the subject line.
In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) your configuration file:- You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
- (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml
