Order rejected causes?

Hi

I received this error last night.
"AMP Live, TE_invlaidBuyStopPrice ExchangeRejectCode = rejUserDefined[] affected Order: Buy 1 Stop @ 834.7"

I understand this can be caused by the price jumping beyond the stop price before the order is accepted at the exchange.

Are there any other circumstances that will cause this error?

If not, my solution is to monitor price every tick and use market orders. However, other causes may require different solutions.

Correct Tony, this rejection would be occuring when you try to place an invalid order - which can be minimized by checking the stop price to be valid comparing to tick price updates and modifying if not.
