how do we get the conditions on the strategy to look for when MACD is Above ZERO...

We have some excellent tutorials in our Help Guide for strategy development. This will give you some idea how to do this. I suggest starting there and if you are unable to do what you need, let us know. There is a similar sample using RSI in the tutorial.
