NT7 crash when changing to live mode

Hi, i have a amp/cqg live account. have been using this account for a while without any issues. this morning when i logon to cqg, fire up my charts and when i switch to live account mode, the nt7 apps will crash.

have tried new workspace, charts, reinstalled nt7, rebooted countless times but problem is there whenever i try to turn on live trading mode.

pls advice how can I fix this ?
