Error loading data TOS

Hi, what does this mean...error when trying to load data in the past on Dell through Think or Swim feed...see attached...how can it be fixed?

Do you receive these messages when you request daily data?

This error is also known to be generated when a user requests data for Daily bars outside of the regular trading hours for that contract.

If you are loading daily data, I would recommend trying the Kinetick End of Day connection which does not employ any limitations on the amount of data or the time you are loading.

With a TDA connection

• Intraday data must be requested for less than 12 months of data
• Daily data requests must be made within the regular trading hours for the contract.
