connection in other location

I usually use NT at home, my connection there is OK. But, when I try to connect in another location it says that it is impossible to connect to remote server (or something like that)
Do you had this problem also? what can I do?.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Also please provide me with your most current log and trace files.You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"
