Market Replay - Fills at prices where current bar did not trade

Hi,

I am having some issues with fills in market replay. I have attached 2 screenshots that show fills are at a price level where on the current bar it did not trade at all. This is also seen on the chart easily enough. Is this expected or a known occurance? I am seeing this very often when running strategies using replay data.
