New to NinjaTrader - need help

Hi guys

I have installed the free version of Ninja Trader and am also following the webminar Introduction to NinjaTrader available on Youtube to try to learn to use NT but am stock when the instructor loads the ES-06-12 (mine is ES-12-12) and ask for a 5 min display. Well nothing shows on my display. I am connected to Kinetick - End of Day (free). I can also see the chart from let say Apple no problem but only if I see at daily settings but not the 1,2,3,5,10 etc minutes. Is that a limitation of the free version or am I doing something wrong?

Thank you for your forum post.


You will need to connect to a live data provider in order to chart intraday intervals (Tick, Minute)

With Kinetick End of Day Free you will have access to Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly Charts.
