AMP/CQG connection issues

Hi,

Getting 2 error msgs;

1. NT is unable to connect to the remote server (NoError)

2. Unable to connect to NinjaTrader data server (208.45.16.130/31654): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not respond properly etc

Have done all the usual stuff including multiple NT restarts.

Any suggestions?

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) your most current log and trace files.
You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"
You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"


3.) your configuration file

• You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
• (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

got the same problem ... is there a fix for this ?

The most common reason is that a firewall, antivirus or other protection software on your PC or on the network your computer is on is preventing NinjaTrader from accessing the servers.


Please close NinjaTrader then disable any firewalls, also anti-virus or other protection software you may have running and close all other applications you may have running on your PC at this time then test your connection once again.
