NT 32 bit is giving me Runtime Error when I try to load

Hi:

NT 32 bit is giving me Runtime Error when I try to load...

NT 64 Bit is fine.

NT 32 closed in a session abnormally when I was sharing my screen with Trading Technologies Remote Support. Then, when I go to reopen NT 32 bit it now gives me this error attached. Please let me know how to fix this.
