Updating from r09 to r11: NT7 64-bit disappears!

Hello everyone,

today I updated to release 11 from r09.

Starting from that moment, I can't run NT7 64bit DirectEdition.

I use Win Xp 64bit, .net fw 3.5 . I already made a repair but it doesn't work at all.

The matter is that the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7\bin64" is totally empty, and the NT7 64 bit shortcut icon, regularly worked till updating, now points to "C:\System Volume Information\_restore{355554FD-616A-4C89-A96E-B2D0546C08EA}\RP43\A0006366.exe".

Could someone help me?

Please contact me with an email to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In that message, please provide the following:

1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) A copy of today's trace file.
You'll find this diagnostic file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder - I'll need a copy of the 'trace.20121001.txt' file please.

Hi Kyle,

I just made this workaround:
- Changed license key from Direct Edition Live to Simulation only Edition;
- Made a repair.
- reset Direct Edition License key
Now it works fine.

I don't know what changed.
