IB user and update

About a couple of days ago there was an update for a newer version of NT. It was said that IB TWS user must wait 2 weeks before downloading.

What about now? Can we download and what TWS version fit to that new NT update?

Where can i get 927.7 , im still on 925

Can i replace by 930?
