Hello
I need a hand.
The problem is I have no trade candles showing on my chart from 6 PM open until I turned it on this morning. I had the chart up last night at open and it was working fine. Now it shows a gap up to current price area. I tried changing the session template and it lost data starting over with a fresh gap. I need that bit of history. How do I fix it?

Thanks for reporting the scenario. We can reproduce this here when connected to CQG based connections and are currently investigating this data loading issue - when I have more info I will be in touch quickly.

Hello Tom,
Thanks for your note.

Development has restarted the server and you will be able to get realtime data from CQG server as of now.

However there will be missing data since yesterday and unfortunately we do not have the means to replace the missing data as of now.
