day missing

My charts won't show price data for last friday the 28th for CL. It will show the data if I select range or tick charts, but won't show it for any minute based candles.

Help!

I think something may have been messed up when I recently updated. I was using a 64-bit version, but there is no 64 bit file anymore.

Hello merrittb,

Can you please right click in the CL minute chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data' and check if the requested data is loaded.

Could it be you installed the latest version while NinjaTrader was running. If so, please perform an uninstall/re-install of NinjaTrader.

You will save all settings and data. All settings and data are located at (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7 which is unaffected when you uninstall NinjaTrader via the Control Panel.

Please uninstall NinjaTrader 7 via the Windows Control Panel-->Add/Remove Programs (XP), Programs and Features (Vista and later).

Subsequently, clear your browser cache and download and install version 7.0.1000.11 from the link below.

Once re-installed, please check if you have two NinjaTrader icons again.
