missing NYMEX HO contract

Hello friends at NT,

I could not find NYMEX heating oil contract on my instrument manager, even though i got UHO, BH, and QH. The screen capture of my search is attached. Any suggestions?

The Nymex HO will need to be manually added.

To help you set this up, can you please clarify who you connect to for data? This is displayed in the bottom left hand corner of the NinjaTrader Control Center.

A couple of things.

How to handle the contract months? Does copy from QH (mini-heating oil) enough?
Also want to use kinetics EOD data. Is the symbol map still HO?

I would recommend using the exchanges website for rollover dates.
