how much data usage?

I live in a very rural area and have a radio signal Internet service which I have been using for several years. It is slow and unreliable. There are several other options coming but all have data limits. I use NinjaTrader with just 4 charts and 1 contract and am wondering how much data I use??? per day? month? I don't even know if there is an answer to this

It would depend on the contract, what kind of data, and your data provider to a certain extent, but probably not more than 1MB per day.

I only watch and trade the ES mini and use Zenfire

Welcome to the NinjaTrader Support Forums.

As it can vary on many different things, most ISP's keep track on how much data is used per month. So you can try to contact your current ISP to see how much data you use on a regularly.

Alternatively, you can try to use a 3rd party program to monitor how much data you use. For example see the following link.

Please note that some router have built in software to do this as well.
