Can't connect to eSignal Data Service

Dear support team,

Just purchased eSignal data sevice, but I do not manage to connect to it it from NinjaTrader charting platform. When I try to connect, NT is stuck.

In the Account Connections window (under Tools menu) I added a new connection.

Please, refer to the attached screenshots to see the information I entered.

Please, advice.

What version of the eSignal data manager are you using? Did you download eSignal 10.6 as per our connection guide?

If you're sure you're using the correct version, can you please email us your log/trace files so we may look into what has occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

Please include a reference to this thread in the body of the email.
