Tws 927.7

Hi!

I just upgraded to TWS 927.7. After the upgrade I encountered for the first time the problem listed in the the release notes for NT 7.0.1000.11 - I have open orders in TWS, and NT get stuck in "connecting" mode and never completes the TWS connection.

Should I then upgrade NT to 7.0.1000.11 to see if it in fact solves the problem? Otherwise I would have to cancel the orders and restart again, and recreate the orders etc. It's a pain...

Thank you for your note.

Please select the API tab in TWS.

Close out of the stop orders that are listed in the tab.

Reconnect in NinjaTrader and then resubmit the stop orders.

That "trick" is obvious. But you did not really answer the question. The new NT release is in beta specifically because of this problem with TWS. So the question was - do you want users with this problem to try out the new release or is that still too risky?
