Kinetick stopped offering TF now what?

My ZenFire looks broken too. (historical data). level 2 looks fine.

What a way to screw everyone.

Who's brilliant idea was this?

Yes, unfortunately due to a recent change, Kinetick stopped offering TF data

Hello sledge,

I am able to load historical data for the TF while connected to Zen-Fire when I test it.

Can you please disconnect Zen-Fire. Go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Repair DB. Restart NinjaTrader and check if TF charts load the requested data.

If not, please exit NinjaTrader and go to C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db and delete the cache folder. Start NinjaTrader and check again.

If the issue remains, please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, Cant get TF' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

You have to be kidding me. I just signed up with Kinetic with the intention of trading TF.

Are you really telling us that we can't trade the Russell 2000 Emini through Kinetic?

Thank you for your post.

TF data is not presently supported with Kinetick, but with NinjaTrader there are other data providers that are available, some of which cover the ICE Futures exchange.

Of the listed providers IQFeed, eSignal and BarChart are data only providers that are independent of the brokerage.
