    Connecting with 2 internet connections

    Hello NT Team

I have some Internet connection problems
My internetconnection is fast 30Mbit but not stable it cuts of serveral times a day (up to 5 to 60 minutes) the problem can not be solved by the ISP quikly.
Waht i thought is to order a second (slower 16Mbit stable connection) internet connetion and connect both to my computer.
(technically it is possible there are even router on the market where you can connect up to 4 internet connections)

My question is the NT Software able to handle more then one internet connection or is it especially routed trough 1 networkcard in the computer?

    Greetings

Hello PeterPan, depending how long the switchover takes you might still see a connection loss (or partial) reported, but it would be a better setup I feel than just with one connection where you're unsure when connectivity is restored again.

      Thank you Bertrand
I think i found the solution
i will take 2 internet connections (2 ISPS) and connect them over a router both will be simultanously connected. it will be better then to be in a praying mode when the connection will come back
      greetings

You're welcome, I agree - nothing helps peace of mind better than a backup.

          Hello Bertrand

          One last Question is left.
It has not to do with the connections but with a trading startegy (so off topic in this category)

          I giva a example:

I want to trade lets say the sp500 mini futures.
I place my order (buy) at 1400.00 and want to have a 10 ticks stop loss.
Over the ATM Strategy i can adjust the stop loss over the target 1 with putting the 10 tick (2,5 points).
          So the strategy is in
but it is only on my computer so if the connection fails for what ever reason my stop loss will not work.
How can i place a stop loss which is directly in the market and sells even when my computer is not connected to the broker (patsystems) and is there a way to place these kind of strategy with one click?

I thank you very much in advance.

          Greetins

(and maybe in this strategy it is even possible to combine it with a trailing stop?)
