Please help solve the DX error loading shown in attached pic
occurred from trading day Sep 14, 2012.

Thank you for the post, and for the screenshot.

This message is expected due to changes made with the Kinetick feed. Previous changes made at the ICE exchanges resulted in Kinetick not offering real-time or delayed data for ICE Exchanges, though historical may have been available.

Upgrades to the historical data servers enhanced further compliance with changes made at the ICE exchanges previously, and has resulted in historical, in addition to delayed and real-time data for any instruments on the ICE exchanges not supported.

If the ICE data is a necessity then we are happy to assist with available alternatives with NinjaTrader if you send an email to support[at]kinetick[dot]com.
