Hello, I have the same problem with ZB, datafeed Continuum, NinjaTrader Brokerage. The problem is with SLM and Limit orders. ATM doesn't work, single order is put instead.
16.01.2015 14:45:23 Order Mirus -- Continuum, Order price is outside bands 'Difference between stop and limit price is larger than banding value of 0.5 using Delta .00' ExchangeRejectCode = 2179[] affected Order: Buy 1 StopLimit @ 150,90625 x 151,53125

16.01.2015 14:45:23 Order Mirus -- Continuum, Order price is outside bands 'Difference between stop and limit price is larger than banding value of 0.5 using Delta .00' ExchangeRejectCode = 2179[] affected Order: Buy 1 Limit @ 150,40625
    Isn't there any solution yet?

      Hello quicktrick,

To solve this rejection error, you will need to submit the stop loss order as stop market order instead of stop limit order. Please right click in the SuperDOM/ChartTrader and select 'Properties'. Set 'Use stop market for stop loss orders' to True. Click Apply and OK.

This is because NinjaTrader has a set 20 tick offset on stop loss orders with ATM strategies. This cannot be modified and is greater than what is excepted on the ZB. Changing to stop market orders will allow the ATM strategy to properly function.

Thank you very much Jason. It's working now! And besides, using stop market for stop loss orders is much better than stop limit ones. Thanks again!

Just curious, any updates to this issue for Ninjatrader 8?

            Hello bltdavid,

The same applies for NinjaTrader 8. Stop loss orders submitted as stop limit order use an offset of 20 ticks which is too large for the ZB. Please submit the stop loss order as stop market order to avoid the order rejection.

I will clarify that we made the default stop order for an ATM strategy a Stop Market in NT8. We see no reason not to use a stop market for ATM strategies since the reason we used stop limits prior was that not all exchanges supported stop market. Since 10 years ago nearly all exchanges support stop market.
