Ninja won't open/load but shows in task bar

I had a demo with AGN, and then switched to Mirus, does that matter? Anyway when I double click on Ninja on desktop it makes connecting sound but nothing appears on screen, and yet it shows in task bar?

Thank you for your post.

Changing brokers should not be an issue. Does the Control Center show within the Windows task bar but not on the monitor?

If so please right mouse click on the Control Center in the taskbar--> Choose Move-->hit the Right arrow on your keyboard once-->move your mouse-->Left mouse click when the Control Center is visible on your monitor.

If the Control Center is not shown within the task bar please use the steps I have provided below to move your current Config file:

• Close NinjaTrader within the Task Manager Processes tab
• Documents
• NinjaTrader 7
• Select the file "Config" and move this file to another location such as your Desktop
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Input your license key
• Recreate your connection leaving the option "Connect on startup" disabled

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.
