No Account Error

I'm getting this error when I login with IB. "Chart Trader: There is no account selected. Please select an account to avoid unexpected behavior. Please also email [email protected] and inform us of this error message. Thank you."???

Please close NinjaTrader and go to Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > workspaces folder. Then delete the _Workspaces.XML file and restart NinjaTrader.

This keeps happening. After I delete _Workspaces.XML it works for some time and then same thing happens.
What is the fix? I am doing an Evaluation with Oneup Trader using Rithmic.

You need to request a new login id through interactive brokers for the account you wish to trade from. Then just login using the new credentials. You'll know have two login id. One will have both accounts and the other a single account. Hope this helps. Ninja doesn't really support multiple logins. This is the best work around.

Can you clarify if you are showing an account within the drop down box? Are there accounts showing within the accounts tab of the control center?
